Cory's still got it... I love it! This really was such a fun trip we went on a couple of weeks ago, none of us wanted to leave! It was so easy to pack for- swimsuits and t-shirts. Ok, so Carson would not ride in the tube. He would not go down the slide of the houseboat. But oh, take him to a 20-25 foot cliff and he'll jump right off. I couldn't believe it when I saw it! This is a group jump. This one is only about 10 feet. Jaxon even did it!

Cory surfin'. If you have never done it before, notice that he is not holding onto any rope. Pretty dang awesome. I wanted to do it so bad!

Sometimes the kids were having too much fun to come in and eat dinner, so uncle Scott was nice enough to bring it out to them.

Oh baby!

It's true, we are expecting baby number 4! I went to my first appointment last week where I was able to see the little peanut for the first time. Funny how much more real it makes it when you see the baby or hear the heartbeat for the first time. I have been feeling much better too, yay! The kids are so excited, and Carson talks to the baby and gives my belly kisses often. I'm 12 weeks this week, only 28 more to go! I'm due March 21st. And in about 6 more weeks we find out if we get to buy pink stuff this time. Either way, we are just praying for a healthy baby!

First day of school

Rub a dub dub, three boys in a ... sandbox lid. Summer is over boys! School started last week. Carson is in 2nd grade...

Tyson is in kindergarten...

And Jaxon is in preschool! They all had great first days and weeks. And I have 2 1/2 hours to myself 2 days a week! It's amazing what I can get done in that amount of time with no interruptions!

Bountiful deal!

I have discovered such a great deal for great food for my family. All of this produce I got for $15.00. That's right 15 bucks! There is so much food there! It is from a food co-op you order online once a week at bountiful baskets.org. One of the best parts for me is that is a surprise what you get in your basket each week. It is always half fruit half veggies, but I have gotten some great things that I normally wouldn't buy at the grocery store such as white asparagus, brussel sprouts, champagne grapes (they are tiny! the kids loved them). You can also order bread, and lots of other yummy healthy things. This last time they were offering cases of pears, so I decided to get a case and do a little canning. Make that a lot of canning- I don't want to see another pear for a while. But they turned out pretty!

My baby turned 3

My little Jaxon turned 3. He is so dang cute, I just want to grab him and kiss him even if he does have Nutella all over his face! We celebrated by going to "Chuck-e-Jesus", as Jaxon says. Tyson used to say Chuck-e-cheese's that way too, I chuckle every time I hear it. Same with "mom will you help me put my swim-soup on?" Oh how I love this little munchkin!
He got a bunch of cars (his favorite!) and a new sandbox, which ended up being a big group gift for the whole family because the boys spend hours outside in it. Allie and I made him a cake- of course it has cars on it, and a black licorice road.

And his fabulously talented Aunt Shellie sent him a car cake that he LOVED. She has learned how to do the whole fondant thing, it was way cute. And then it was also delicious! It was green too, his fav color!

Road trip!

We went on a great road trip this August. We left the Las Vegas summer heat, and went to the mountains. It took us two days and two flat tires to get there, but Yellowstone was our destination. It was great to be back to the place where I have such fond memories going there pretty much every year for my whole life. The boys had a blast playing in the dirt and the trees and collecting rocks. They also had a blast on this zipline that my dad brought for the kids. Even Jax loved it, and after a couple of days they were getting really brave going BACKWARDS. We played on beaches...

hiked down and up 300 and some odd stairs to see this beautiful view of the waterfall at the grand canyon of the Yellowstone.

This is my favorite place in Yellowstone. It is a trail to Lone Star Geyser. The river that runs along side the trail is so beautiful, and the trees are thick. We took some fishing poles because the boys wanted to try to catch one...but we had no such luck. It was still great fun! About an hour after this picture was taken, the sky turned dark and the heavens opened, I have never seen so much rain in Yellowstone at one time. Luckily we were safe inside the ice cream shop at Old Faithful where we waited out the storm, Grandpa Jeep can't drive the topless Jeep in the rain!

We had a great Yellowstone trip, but I was kind of glad to get out of what I thought was the freezing cold temperatures! We were now headed back to Utah for another fun filled week. We went to Lagoon with Roger and Colleen and my niece Ellie. The kids love Lagoon. Here is Jax on a rocket ship. Tyson and Carson can now both ride all the big rides, so Jax and I hung out in the kiddie rides for a while.

Grandpa Beynon LOVES to play the games at Lagoon. And he is good at them. He played until he won all of the kids a toy, or two, or three :)

And they were sure happy about their new furry friends!

We were also able to spend some time with Matt and Tara and their little Halle before they moved to Montana. Jaxon and Halle loved playing together, too bad they live so far apart. Time to get skype up and running with them!

We were also able to be there on the Sunday that Roger was put in as Bishop of their ward.

Cousins!

We also had a chance to spend some time with Shellie and her fam and my mom and Allie and Ruben. We went to the zoo because my kids are always begging me to go to the zoo. Unfortunately the zoo in Las Vegas is seriously pitiful, so the boys were so happy to be able to go while we were in Utah. This is the new baby elephant Ellie. Jaxon loves elephants, they actually had a part in his potty training...but that is a story for another time :)

Jaxon loved the giraffes too, he wasn't too sure he should turn his back to them though...those long necks are kind of "freaky" as he would say, he might reach right over and nibble his ear while he is not lookin!

We stayed at Shellie's house for a few days on our way back to Las Vegas. She took such good care of us, feeding us great food and entertaining my wild bunch. We went to the Dinosaur museum, a water park, and The Farm at Thanksgiving point. It was a great time, thanks so much Shell.
